The official certificate of participation, which must be kept at the workplace, can be conveniently downloaded, emailed or sent by post.PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS- You live in the Rhine district of Neuss- You are at least 18 years old- You have full legal capacity- You are not banned from working or working due to illness according to § 42 IfSG- You will start your job within the next 3 monthsTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS- You have a smartphone or tablet - for the online ID function with NFC function and installed AusweisApp2 or - for the Selfie-Ident function with built-in camera- You can pay the fee onlineMain contents of this app:IDAt the beginning you have to identify yourself.
There are two ways to do this:- Online ID function - You can identify yourself using the online ID function (eID) by identifying yourself with the AusweisApp2 and the NFC function of your mobile device- Selfie ident function - You use our Selfie-Ident procedure.
For this you need a photo of you and your ID.
These are checked by the health department after the instruction has been completed and deleted again if successful.WATCH A MOVIEThe core of our instruction is an 8-minute explanatory video that provides information about personal responsibility and important hygiene rules in the workplace.
The film is divided into 5 chapters and is also available in 7 languages.
After chapters 1 to 4 you have to answer a simple multiple choice question about the content of the chapter.
Dont worry, you cant fail; if you dont answer the question correctly, all you have to do is watch the short chapter again.CONFIRM INSTRUCTIONAfter you have answered all the questions correctly, you must confirm that you have been informed about the ban on activities under the Infection Protection Act, that you have understood the instructions and that you are not aware of any facts that would lead to a ban on activities (§ 42 IfSG).ONLINE PAYThe fee for the instruction is usually €20 and must be paid directly via the app.
